The creative process

What does the following quote say to us about how we plan our programs in our ministries? What does it say about how we create diocesan events? This sort of stuff gets in my brains at times. I grew up in a era when we consumed that which was created for us. Now our youth groups are filled with students who create their own media via myspace, youtube, etc. Have we adjusted?

The majority of innovation now happens through co-creation with customers. A huge benefit is that customers are more prone to design products not for final use, but for evolvability, which enables future modifications and extentions. This does not mean that the customer is always right….but the customer must participate for a product to be right.
