How do we spot new leaders? Start with prayer. Ask God to bring you to the right people and to help them to be available. Then search. Where do you look?
The perennial problem in youth ministry is the need for adults who will give time and energy to your ministry. As I mentioned in the most recent Jubi, these folks don’t come to us because of an announcement in church but need to be sought out and selected.
