3. In leading the church…
Equipping – that we are actively training, giving experience and instruction to those we see with leadership potential.
Empowering – that we are giving opportunities to others, delegating responsibility as appropriate to the leadership skill and maturity.
Releasing – that we are sharing our leaders with other ministries and willing to release them to where God calls them or where they will gain new experiences, even if that puts us in a position of having to recruit new leaders.
