Another interesting article from Leadership Network… It caught my eye because as we move into partnering in Ireland and elsewhere, we need a good understanding of what that means (and it is not the traditional way of viewing youth missions). They are:
1) Mutuality
2) Partnering (Partnering is not about outside missionaries bringing prescribed programs into a country but rather it begins with what indigenous leaders in the country are trying to accomplish.)
3) Investing in leaders
4) Combining good deeds and good news
5) Greater financial accountability
6) Business as mission
